The 1BR/1BA Gardenia is on the top floor adjacent to the Penthouse unit so it has the same 16' cathedral ceilings and covered deck with ocean view. It is over 500 square feet and has its own private entrance from the ground floor. All rooms are non-smoking. Tastefully decorated and nicely furnished, the Gardenia Suite has all the conveniences of home. It is cheerful and bright with white freshly painted walls, tiled floors, and smoke detectors throughout. A beautiful mural of a Hawaiian scene adorns one wall.

BEDROOM: The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, ceiling fan, cable TV with remote, and alarm clock. Freshly washed linens are provided. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony over the swimming pool.

BATHROOM: There is a tiled shower with Rainmaker shower head. Towels, shampoo, hairdryer, full size iron & ironing board provided free of charge.

KITCHENETTE: The kitchen has all needed appliances - stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven. Plates, bowls, pots & pans, cutlery, common supplies, lots of cupboard space, everything you would need to prepare a meal. The spacious living and dining area combination has a double sofa bed which provides comfortable sleeping for two additional guests.

LARGE DECK & LANAI: The Gardenia Suite shares the 20 by 40 foot deck with the Penthouse. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking & dining. There is also a balcony off the bedroom that runs the length of the building and overlooks the pool.

As our guest, you will freely enjoy reserved private parking, 2 gas grills for outdoor barbeques in the large back yard area, ping pong table, swimming pool, and, of course, the beach (beach towels provided). Boogie boards available for $5 per day. Onsite coin-operated washer/dryer. Also included:

  • air conditioning controlled in suite, as well as two ceiling fans

OHANA OPTION: There is a lock-off door between the Gardenia and the Penthouse Suite next door making it possible for the Gardenia to be rented as an Ohana unit adding a 4th bedroom to the Penthouse.
