3BR 2BA PENTHOUSE SUITE
With soaring 16 foot cathedral ceilings and a sweeping 1700 sq ft open floor plan, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the Penthouse Suite is truly the King of Flowers ~ the Protea. The private entrance is a beautiful tiled dining area with floor to ceiling windows graced with sunshine for a cheerful, tropical view. All rooms are non-smoking and there are smoke detectors throughout.
The Penthouse is tasefully furnished with unique Bali Bamboo furniture from the sectional sofa and dining table in the great room to the beautiful bedroom furnishings.
GREAT ROOM/DINING ROOM: The Penthouse Suite has a lodge feel with floor to ceiling windows and 16' open beam vaulted ceilings. The over-sized sofa and chairs make living very comfortable. The sofas open into 2 additional queen beds.
3 BEDROOMS: The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed & ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king bed, the third a queen. Each bedroom has cable TV, phone, AM/FM radio/alarm clock, dresser, ceiling fan, carpeted floor, mirrored closet doors, and sliding glass doors opening onto the back balcony/lanai over the pool. Freshly washed linens are provided.
2 BATHROOMS: The private ensuite off the master bedroom is a full bathroom with bathtub/shower combo with Rainmaker shower head. The second bathroom has a spa-jetted tub/shower. Towels, shampoo, hairdryers, full size iron & ironing board provided free of charge.
KITCHEN: Attached to the dining room is a full-service kitchen with brand new appliances - stove with oven, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and toaster oven. Plates, bowls, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, assorted utensils, lots of cupboard space, everything you would need to prepare a meal. Many spices, assorted tea, coffee, and condiments line the cabinets for guests to enjoy. Several grocery stores are conveniently nearby, the largest being Safeway.
LARGE OUTDOOR DECK & LANAI: Enjoy barbequing with the gas grill on your 20 by 40 foot deck or just relax on the comfortable lounge chairs. The deck is partially covered and totally private so feel free to sunbathe. There are tables and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining, a game of cards, or socializing in the tropical breeze. It is the ultimate Maui lifestyle.
There is an additional covered balcony off the bedrooms which runs the length of the building and overlooks the pool area.
As our guest, you will freely enjoy reserved private parking, 2 gas grills for outdoor barbeques in the large back yard area, ping pong table, swimming pool, and, of course, the beach (beach towels provided). Boogie boards available for $5 per day. Onsite coin-operated washer/dryer. Also included:

OHANA OPTION: There is a lock-off door between the Penthouse Suite and the adjacent 1BR/1BA Gardenia Suite. It is therefore possible to rent a 4th bedroom & the entire second floor (2500 sq ft). The Gardenia has its own private entrance.
