RATES & BOOKING

There are three ways you can book the Inn...

by the bed
by the private bedroom (sleeps 2 max, share bathroom with at most 4 other people)
by the deluxe penthouse suite

You cannot reserve specific units except for the Penthouse. What unit you get depends on what is available at the time.

Rates (not including taxes)

$35 per night for a single bed (2+ nights)
$39 per night for a single bed (1 night)
$78 per night for a private bedroom (2+ nights)
$88 per night for a private bedroom (1 night)
private bedrooms have either king size bed or 2 twin beds
$420 for the entire 3BR/2BA Penthouse Suite for up to 6 people
$470 for the Penthouse for up to 8 people ($25 per extra person)
above rates are subject to a 12.25% Hawaii State tax
a 10% non-refundable deposit is required at time of reservation
above rates apply until Dec 18, 2009; please call for 2010 rates
rates are slightly higher during Christmas, New Year's, Hallowe'en, and other high demand dates

Maximum Number of Guests per Unit

4 guests maximum per one bedroom suite
8 guests maximum for the penthouse

Please Note: If you book the entire Penthouse Suite, there is a $500 damage deposit that will be placed on hold on your credit card at check-in. The hold will be removed after checkout if there is no damage to the property. Also note, the Inn does not accept groups larger than ten persons in one party.
