Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Hostel and Shared Living Accommodations have a (7) seven day cancellation policy. Full payment will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking if you cancel within 7 days of your check-in date, or do not show up.
  • Private Unit Accommodations have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you reserve a full apartment suite, there will be no refund if you cancel within 30 days of your check-in date, or do not show up.
  • You will receive a full refund if confirmed reservations are cancelled more than 30 days in advance of your check-in date.

Terms of Use

  • Private onsite parking is for registered guests only.
  • The largest group reservation allowed will be 10 guests.
  • The property is suited for guests 18 years of age and older. No children. You must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation.
  • You must provide valid Photo ID, travel visa, and a departure airline ticket to reserve shared accommodations.
  • You must provide a valid VISA, Mastercard, or American Express credit card to make a reservation. You may pay cash at time of arrival; however, the credit card must be on file to serve as a damage deposit or for additional charges of any kind.
  • No persons other than paid registered guests are allowed to use the property or any equipment provided for our guests.
  • The number of guests per party is specified in the reservation. Overcrowding or misrepresentation regarding number in party is grounds for immediate eviction of all occupants without refund. Authorized guests must be present at check-in time.
  • Smoking is prohibited within 20 feet of the building. We provide a smoking area for your convenience.
  • For the Penthouse Suite, a refundable damage deposit of $500 will be placed on hold on the credit card upon check-in. The hold will be removed after check-out if there is no damage to the property.

Privacy Policy

Maui Sugar Beach Inn is the sole owner of the information collected on this website. We have access only to information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We respect the privacy of our guests both on and offline. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
